Dual Primary Squamous Cell Carcinoma of the Lung and Adenocarcinoma Rectal

Introduction: Lung and colorectal carcinoma are commonly found in cancer often cause mortality worldwide. Colorectal (CRC) is the third most common of death. Although multiple primary cancers can exist, these two malignancies rarely happen simultaneously. This case report shows a patient diagnosed with squamous cell lung rectal adenocarcinoma metastases to liver, ocular, cerebrum. Case: A 54-year-old woman came chest pain accompanied by persistent progressive breathing difficulty, cough, loss appetite, weight almost 15 kg. The experienced sudden lower upper extremities weakness weeks after being hospitalized. also blurred vision swelling eyes. At that time, had an endoscopy procedure, biopsy showed colitis severe dysplasia. Based on clinical radiologic findings, colon cancer. Conclusion: Dual happens, from different neoplasms difficult. Warren Gates’ criteria could be used diagnose dual carcinoma, especially if diagnostic studies not performed. Signal hedgehog gene still active when neonate born suspected causing carcinomas.
